At Ageras, all our client cases are qualified and value-assessed over the phone by our Client Success Managers to find out if an Ageras partner can help. As our Client Success Manager, you will be joining a successful Client Success team: passionate professionals, who are supporting our small- and midsize business customers across Europe. You will be interviewing clients, consult and investigate clients’ needs. You will quality assess, determine the correct pricing of cases and ensure the perfect match between our clients’ needs and our partners. You will: •Own the client relationship and act as the primary point of contact in the match-making process •Book and facilitate meetings between clients and partners •Serve as the voice of the client and collect feedback to drive product improvements in product features and functionalities in close collaboration with our Product Development team •Improve customer experience by studying our customer journey from looking at our processes through evaluating service metrics to implementation of changes •Resolve client issues by reactively proposing solutions for the benefit of our clients and their success •Conduct periodic client health-checks, and collect client stories and references Requirements You are: You empathise easily with people and can build relationships quickly over a phone. As a person, you are the type who wants to go “above-and-beyond” to give clients a spectacular experience and you take pride in supporting them through the customer journey. As our Customer Success Manager, you are the clients’ advocate internally at Ageras and you do not give up until the client has found a right match. Maybe you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor degree or Professional Bachelor eager to begin your career – or maybe you have been working with customers before? To us, it is important that you are ambitious, with a sound business understanding, and a strong will to develop – not only yourself, but this position. You also have: •Near-native Dutch language skills and excellent English language skills •Preferably, a good understanding of bookkeeping, accountancy and/or law – or the will to learn it fast •The ability to maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything you do •Great collaboration skills and a big supporter of internal knowledge sharing •And a focused, quality conscious and organized approach to your work Benefits We think you will love it here.
