Your Role

You play an active part in the Client Development Team of the Private Wealth business. This team focuses on

various European markets in providing support in the distribution activities, notably in the management of an

existing client base. This new role embraces the following responsibilities:

▪ Managing an existing client base, by proactively contacting policyholders at least once a year with the final aim

to assure that all the client information is recorded according regulatory standards

▪ Taking care of customers' requests (top-ups, surrenders, switches, other changes on existing policies...)

▪ Working in close collaboration with other departments (Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Solutions)

▪ Organizing the Distribution Quality Review Board

▪ Making sure that Distribution activities are completed in compliance with Insurance Distribution Directive and

the candidate will also need to become a registered agent within the CAA.

Your Profile

▪ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance or Marketing

▪ Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in insurance/banking sector. An experience in life insurance

would be an asset.

▪ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese – French: good understanding of

business conversation. Any other European language is an asset

▪ Very well organised on the administrative part, you like client contact on a day-to-day basis.

▪ Hands on, autonomous and able to solve problems

▪ Accurate, reliable and client-oriented

▪ Ability to prioritize and to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
