About the position

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to take on a key role in our night team. In this position, you will both participate actively in the cleaning work and take responsibility for ensuring that the team operates efficiently and in line with our quality standards.

This is a permanent, full-time position of 37 hours per week on fixed night shifts.

Your responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating nightly cleaning tasks across work locations

• Onboarding and training new cleaning staff in our procedures, methods and safety standards

• Conducting ongoing quality checks to ensure work is carried out correctly and on schedule

• Communicating with management regarding any operational issues or concerns

• Actively participating in the practical cleaning work as part of the team

• Contributing to a positive, efficient and professional working environment

We expect you to

• Have documented experience in cleaning or similar service work

• Have experience with or a genuine interest in guiding and supporting colleagues

• Be able to work fixed night shifts on a permanent basis

• Be reliable, structured and punctual

• Be able to communicate in English, which is our working language

• Take initiative and work independently when needed
