Nox Hotel Galway Ltd is seeking dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie professionals to join our dynamic kitchen team. We take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Role Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen, ensuring that each dish meets the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with the kitchen team, contribute to menu development, and uphold health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your speciality.

    •    Train and manage Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis chefs.

    •    Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.

    •    Ensure food hygiene and health and safety standards are met.

    •    Monitor portion sizes and waste to maintain profit margins.

Salary & Hours:

    •    €34,000 per annum

    •    Based on a 39-hour work week
