Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Crawford & Co, Bar & Restaurant in Anglesea Street, Cork, Ireland (Crawfordandco.ie) is currently looking for a Chef de Partie who holds a professional cookery qualification, and have at least 4 years’ experience working as a chef. Teamwork, excellent communication, and organizational skills are a must.
The successful candidate’s job description will be as follows:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to agreed specification
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items and recipes
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station
• Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
This is a full time, permanent position. The minimal annual remuneration is €30K. The hours of work are 39 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (to be arranged), including lunch and dinner.
