Look no further than Dublin's, The Chancery Hotel! We are looking for a career driven and talented CDP at The Chancery, and you will work alongside our talented Head Chef & Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in our FAWN Restaurant.

FAWN will be a stand-alone restaurant within the hotel. Creative & fresh menus are a must including home made pastas and as a CDP you will put your stamp on an exciting and one-of-a-kind restaurant in Dublin City. This is a wonderful role for a career driven Chef who wants their flare and creativity to be promoted and marketed across Dublin and beyond. Even the backdrop garden to our exclusive restaurant was created by an award-winning designer!

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a desire to learn and develop their skills further. You should have experience working in a high-volume kitchen, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication and team-working skills.

You will be responsible for assisting, managing, and creating a happy and pleasing work environment for all staff.
