Your next challenge:
We are currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR department. In this role, you will be in charge to develop, set up and upgrade learning solutions. You will have a focus on functional, regulatory and technical training. You will join a team of training professionals to build the BIL Academy of the future. You will partner with internal clients and HR Business Partners to define skills development needs.
Drive best practice in learning needs analysis, design, development, and delivery
Facilitate the development and implementation of a dedicated training plan for each business line: from the identification of needs to the follow-up of training actions
Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations in terms of training
Improve the design and delivery of the onboarding program for all new starters
Manage the relationship with external training vendors
Manage the training budget and comply with internal procurement procedures
Ensure training content curation on our on-demand platform (thematic topics, playlists, etc.)
Innovate in the use of learning technologies and training formats
Monitor training activities, define relevant KPIs and improve the learner's experience and training satisfaction.
Your skills:
5+ years' experience in training management
Experience with skills development gained in the HR department or other department (e.g. by overseeing the learning activities of a give function)
Experience at developing training, learning processes and policies
Experience of managing day to day activities in relation with training (liaise with trainers or external providers, manage schedules and agendas, provide technical support,…)
Management experience of people and projects
Vendor management, partnership and local network
Excellent communication skills
Solution-oriented and problem-solver
Excellent organization skills
At ease with new technologies and learning tools (LMS, e-learning, etc.)
Creative and up to date on approaches to training, methods of learning and delivery.
