Cook. South-West. Irlanda

Duties include: Preparing & Cooking mostly Traditional Irish Dishes- Soup, Dinner, Deserts, Suppers and Baking Scones & Cakes etc. for approx 40 Sisters.

Duties also include wash-up & general upkeep of the kitchen areas.  

Skills Requirement:

Interest in cooking or learning to cook.

Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety & hygiene practices.

Experience in a similar position is an advantage- full training will be given.

Suitable candidate must be enthusiastic, hard working, good team worker, have excellent English & communication & organisational skills.

This position is for an immediate start & suitable candidate must be eligible to access the  labour market.  

Working Approx 1 full & 2 half Days per Week - Approx 21 Hours per Week (Normally 8am-6pm or 8am-2pm). Includes weekends but no late nights.

Suitable Candidate must be available to work flexible days/ hours.

Must also be available to Cover Annual Leave and Sick Leave etc.
