Case Review Manager Search Consultancy Ltd is currently looking for a Case Review Manager to join our expanding team in the Doncaster area. This Case Review Manager position is on a contract basis lasting for at least 2 months. Start date: Wednesday 23rd October 2017 Salary: £275.00 - £350.00 per day Duties and responsibilities of the Case Review Manager: * Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and service users * Conduct your work in line with good practice and relevant legislation * Ensure issues are handled in a way that reflects the principle of treating clients fairly * To be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to effective team working * Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based, person centred care * Delegate safely and appropriately * Supervise team members The ideal Case Review Manager will: * Have 10 years experience as an Occupational Therapist mainly in children's services * Have right to work in the UK * Have satisfactory two years referencing and a current enhanced DBS check * Be HCPC registered * Have experience in: investigating practice issues; reporting at a high level of recommendations for action included in any report * Investigative work for local authorities would be expected Skills required for the Case Review Manager position: * Self awareness and resilience * Excellent communication skills * Excellent problem-solving skills * A flexible and adaptable approach Benefits - the Case Review Manager will benefit from: * Self satisfaction of having helped the service users * Be part of a team that encourages and supports success * Competitive rates of pay * A dedicated recruitment team Why Search Consultancy Ltd?
