You as a Business Process Manager in Finance will build, coordinate and maintain an international Business Network. You will contribute in Change Management Teams - subject matter experts globally distributed - and drive decision making for changes / amendments to global Best Practice content both in the ongoing Maintenance / Enhancement and Project activities like SAP programs. Your tasks and responsibilities: - Deals with narrow/complex range of complexity within parts of a function & adjacent functions for a process - Identifies areas for process changes and improvements and brings them into the Best Practice discussions (which eventually affect one or several departments on a global scale - all affiliates using the Best Practice) - Counterpart to IT and business experts in the area of business process management, communicates with various stakeholder groups on local, regional and global level - Brings in specific know how from multiple process areas and affiliates / functions to support the lifecycle of the end to end business process - Identifies and recommends resulting Organizational Changes and ensures that they are effectively planned, documented, tested, communicated and sustainably implemented - Advocates for global best practices implementation Who you are You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You have a university degree or comparable education in Business, Business Informatics, Engineering as well as 5+ years of international work experience in more than one country in the area of Finance and/or Process Management (all mandatory). Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications below: - Advanced understanding of both Business and IT - Ability to set goals and priorities (after consultation with the superior), to set priorities on the CMT context/level without consultation with superior as well as able to solve complex problems which may well affect multiple functions on a global scale in a matrix environment - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Advanced facilitation and presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English and one other language
