Do you have a passion for developing HR strategies and policies? Do you have experience in management development? Then you might be our new Corporate Vice President (CVP) HR Business Partner for two business areas in Product Supply; Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Business Support (BS). About the department You will be part of a team of HR and Communications Professionals in Devices & Supply Chain Management which consists of seven HR Business Partners and a Communications Partner. Each HR Business Partner is assigned to a specific business area. The position is based in Bagsværd in the headquarters of Novo Nordisk reporting to the HR Director. As part of the HR-team, you will also be contributing to other HR-related events, e.g. joint leadership training or talent management programmes across Product Supply and ad hoc support to the HR Director. The position Your primary responsibility is to support your business area and the management teams with planning and executing the yearly HR processes such as Organisational Review, People Review, Bonus and salary processes and employee engagement survey. You will be a close, strategic advisor for two Corporate Vice Presidents and you will be a full member of the two management teams contributing to the development of the business from an HR point of view. Your calendar will reflect that you will be involved in supporting managers on a daily basis within all aspects of leadership, HR and organisational development. This will include management coaching and training, facilitation of team process, involvement in change management processes and development of business strategies. Qualifications For this position the right candidate has at least a couple of years experience as HR Partner in a larger, international company and has experience with driving the yearly HR processes in a big organisation. You have developed, coached and advised managers and senior managers and has proven that your strategic mind set can bring the organisation to the next level in terms of performance and employee engagement. To be a success in this role, you need to have excellent stakeholder, analytical, communication skills as well as facilitation and presentation skills. You need to have a proactive and independent approach to ensure the project management of the HR initiatives and also the ability to adapt into local needs. In addition, you have the courage to speak up if you see possibilities for improvements and changes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with managers at all levels in the organisation which requires the ability to challenge and propose solutions at a highly strategic level. As HR Business Partner, your goal is to create business results by coaching and discussing HR, business and organisational challenges on a daily basis. You probably have an educational background within HR (e.g. cand.merc.hrm) or similar education with a theoretical combination of people management and organisational development. You speak and write English fluently and you have great people skills.
