Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Business Finance Controller in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Role

Referring to the Business Finance Manager in CISC EMEA in Copenhagen, you will become part of a growing team, where you will build and develop our investment finance procedures. You will be supporting procedures in ensuring funding to Investments located in the EMEA region including funding for acquiring the Investment. Furthermore, you will support divestment of Investments as well as distributing funds back to the investors once the asset generates revenue. In doing so, you will be responsible for the coordination, modelling, forecasting, and structuring of the models.

Your new department plays an essential part of the business where you will be working with many professional and highly skilled stakeholders throughout the organization such as Finance, TAX, Legal, Project Teams & Investment Teams. Our new role offers a lot of development opportunities in a key function in CISC Finance’s service delivery model.

Your new role as a Business Finance Controller in CISC EMEA will consist of, but will not be limited to:

• Managing stakeholders across CIP/CISC ranging from junior to very senior level
• Structuring and modelling of contributions / cash calls, and structuring and modelling of distributions and divestments
• Updating loan models
• Insuring legal requirements are maintained
• Forecasting of cash requirements for a portfolio of investments
• Coordinating with Investment Teams and Project Teams on cash flow requirements
• Overall coordinator of the contribution & distribution processes across departments.

The right candidate

As our new employee we imagine to that are you have studied a MSc in Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant fields and on top of that have around 2-4 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, or consultancy.

We look for the following in a candidate:

• Motivated by building best practices and solving complex issues
• Works structured and detail oriented
• High ability to prioritize assignments and deliver multiple and short deadlines
• High interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Written and spoken English at a professional level, and Great communication skills
• Structuring comprehensible solutions.
