We are now looking for a Business Development Director/Manager, Public Sector to our Commercial team in our HQ in Helsinki, Pitäjänmäki.  This new exciting role, reporting to the Commercial Director in Finland, is to work with key Public Sector clients to architect the transformation of their Facility Management operating model and to build relationships and be active in the Local government structural change in the near future. This transformation allows the client to focus on their core business and mission and at the same time optimize the value of their assets.  As Business Development Director/Manager, Public Sector your main task is to  - Develop and execute annual growth account plan. Build and develop a sales portfolio to deliver against sales targets  - Prospect and proactively identify business opportunities within Public Sector  - Work with clients to understand their pain points and develop a tailored solution based on a detailed understanding of their needs.  - Generate and implement compelling value proposition - per client  - Build strong relationships with senior management of existing and target Public Sector key accounts and develop on-going dialogues to facilitate identification of sales opportunities. Ensure ISS Management team is engaged at an appropriate level to grow the account and work with Retention Director to build pre-emptive renewal process  - Manage bid processes from proposal development and negotiations to contract closure. This process will include bid project staffing, proposal management, project governance and day to day co-ordination of the bid.
