Position: Business Change Manager (FTSE 100 Client) Location: Central London, (zone 1) Start date: asap Duration: 6 months + Role type: Contract Rate: £550-575pd The Client Our client is a thriving and prestigious international FTSE 100 Company situated in the West-End of London requires a strong Business Change Manager for a global Finance ERP implementation project who possesses the requisite level of communication skills and experience that a blue-chip/PLC environment demands. The role as Business Change Manager The Business Change Manager will be responsible for overviewing the existing change strategy plan to incorporate Comms, Training and Change factors that the project impacts. Whilst experience of Finance ERP projects is highly advantageous, the client would welcome exposure to the impact of change outside of the finance departments/processes/users. Key Responsibilities: • Review of existing communications plan utilizing the ERP methodology and communications toolkit. • Ensure communications, training and change plans are strategically aligned by working closely with key project stakeholders/business units. • Review the impact to employees (fee earners) and leverage business change impact and readiness assessments • Review the communication toolkit that can be deployed in phases across multiple countries incl digital (social media, email, website, video, infographics) and non-digital channels (events, briefings) • Review planned communications strategy for varying audiences across multiple locations. • Review existing change deliverables through workshops and stakeholder interviews to incorporate change impact analysis; org, process and role overviews of what is changing; business readiness assessments, overview of resourcing impacts of business readiness activity and capacity risks • Review project/programme governance capabilities Experience Required as Business Change Manager The client is seeking somebody who is dynamic, engaging, has strong stakeholder management skills, is self-motivated and can work independently. In addition to excellent communication skills (written/verbal), you must have gravitas and be able to demonstrate the following: • 5+ years as a Change Manager within a large Plc environment • Previous experience on a multi-country ERP or Financial System implementation – Pref Dynamics AX 2012/365 • Have a good appreciation of change management techniques, industry standards and governance • Experience in defining/deploying change methodologies and developing materials for large global change projects/programmes • Good understanding of systems, data and technology adoption programmes • Demonstrable successful track record of end to end, full lifecycle delivery change projects • Experience of fast paced, delivery-focused and results driven environments.
