Job Summary We are looking for outstanding Business Analyst/Process Analyst, to assist in the Support Services Transformation Programme in the development of service baseline positions. To practise a lean systems approach, leading on business process analysis, facilitating workshops and developing value streams to represent the current state, as well as capturing opportunities and ideal future state, working with colleagues, partners, internal customers and service users.Accountability Project Development Responsibilities and Duties - Lead areas of Business Analysis to determine areas for improvement and to deliver key objectives for the programme where changes to business process or policy are required - Support the programme to develop a robust AS IS status ready for baselining. Including process and value stream mapping, data analysis & financial analysis.Systems Thinking - Lead AS IS process and value analysis, supported by lean trained employees, under a systems thinking concept.Corporate Reporting & Method Support - Assist in the development of programme and project reporting and support programme and project managers in the delivery of progress reporting to specific agreed timescales - Drive the development of key programme and project procedures and methods, ensuring that these are fully documented, reviewed. - Coordination of meetings for the Programme Qualifications and Skills - Knowledge of Project Management methodologies including experience in of change projects. Prince2 etc Certification are desirable. -Strong IT/Banking Industry experience. - Flexibility to work in a number of services areas and to work flexibly to meet programme or project deadlines - Knowledge and experience in supporting collaborative workshops, interventions, reviews and assessments to facilitate change and innovation - Knowledge and use of key office tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio- Knowledge of key project disciplines such as risk management, issue management and quality reporting- Experience in leading workshops and process & value stream capture
