About the department We are around 300 employees in Corporate Facilities based in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Måløv and Kalundborg. Additionally, we engage 3,200 outsourced employees. We drive strategic facility management in Denmark and are responsible for safeguarding, sustaining and continuously optimising Novo Nordisk property. The position is anchored in Corporate Facilities Finance & Business Support, an ambitious and high performing department. We are responsible for delivering high quality business support within finance, real estate management, governance, data, IT and quality. The position You will be offered a challenging and exciting position in the Business Support team. Your primary area of responsibility will be to develop our facility IT platform Planon. You will start focusing on the service request management module and ensure this efficiently supports our needs. Currently the system handles 20.000 user requests per year so you have a great opportunity to make a big difference. Key projects will be roll out of a mobile service request function, mobile work orders for external service providers and in general contribute to the streamlining of the service desk process to ensure efficient deliverables and satisfied customers. The technical maintenance of the systems you will be working with is managed by Corporate IT and consequently you can focus on the strategic part and the business processes. We expect you to bring our service management system to the next level. Later on you have to optimise other parts of the system, planned maintenance, space management and portfolio management etc. You will get deep insight in our business processes and you have the opportunity to make impact and utilise your structured and analytical mind-set. We are strongly data driven and you will ensure that we have strong data governance and a robust environment for our strategic data sets. To do this you must work closely with the data safeguards in Corporate Facilities. Furthermore you will participate in various reporting activities and recurring tasks in the team. Examples could be quality management review, reporting on procurement initiatives and costumers surveys etc. Qualifications You have completed a master's degree with top performance (economics, business administration, engineering or the like). You are a fast learner and have a natural talent for IT. You demonstrate business understanding, possess strong analytical skills and have a structured mind-set.
