For a company based in Zaventem Jobmatch is looking for a Staging Engineer. You will communicate with and coordinate all the parties involved in the maintenance and reparation of cash machines. Do you have excellent planning and organizational skills, can you keep an overview and do you have a good knowledge IT and/or Electronics? Then you might be the right person for the position!

Your responsibilities

• Staging pc's: reparation pc's
• Installation software
• Audits ATM-machines and components
• Sort and register scraps: components and machines
• Manage computers and pc's
• Ensure a good follow up of errors and reparations
• Manage routine tasks in the warehouse
• Communicate with the different parties: the account managers, the technicians, the planners, etc.
• Keeping an overview on the whole process and improve where necessary or where possible
• Provide Product and Process Quality Management
• Deal with unexpected situations and/or problems and find a solution
• Manage the logistic staging
• Respecting deadlines
• Stock Management

The ideal candidate

• Has excellent organizational and planning skills
• Independent worker with self-discipline
• Is stress resistant and solution and customer oriented
• Can keep an overview on the whole process and respects deadlines
• Has good communications skills and can adapt to different parties
• Is diplomatic and professional but also firm when necessary
• Has a good knowledge of English, French and Dutch
• Is IT-minded and has an ease to learn new applications and programs
• Has a certain technical affinity and knows his way around electronic components
