We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to support our client with BIM Work. The bulk of the BIM work tends to be pipe / duct routing and coordination rather than detailed CAD work for assemblies. The role primarily involves working with Revit and Plant 3D, with federated models managed through Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate pipe and duct routing models using Revit and Plant 3D.

Integrate and manage federated BIM models in Navisworks.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including MEP engineers, architects, and contractors.

Ensure models adhere to project-specific BIM standards and workflows.

Review, update, and optimize BIM models to improve design efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in BIM or related roles.

Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Revit, Plant 3D and Navisworks.

Experience with pipe and duct routing in a BIM environment.

Familiarity with BIM standards and industry best practices.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective project collaboration.
