Do you have experience in product & marketing management as well as from roles with close customer interactions? As a Customer Marketing Activation Manager at Essity and Tork you will get the possibility to work close to the business and be responsible for driving marketing activities for a number of important customers.
About the role:The new marketing organization within Professional Hygiene at Essity is organized in a central Marketing organization responsible for segment and product marketing as well as brand activation and a regional organization responsible for driving Customer Marketing.
This customer marketing organization is responsible for driving sustainable growth with selected customers by delivering marketing activities and tools to support our business strategy. The B2B Customer Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing customer marketing activities for selected strategic customers - executing the country customer marketing strategy.
The position reports to the Customer Marketing Manager for Sweden and is based in Gothenburg.
Some travelling will be required – mostly in Sweden.
What you will do Develop and lead the implementation of customer marketing plans (as part of Joint Business Plans) for selected strategic customers.
You will also be responsible for the associated budget relating to the Tork brand Secure an active dialogue and work with a large and different group of stakeholders: Business Unit functions, Sales Manager, KAMs etc.Monitor the customers’ overall product mix and recommend changes together with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales leadCreate and execute customer marketing campaigns (offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement and sales developmentSecure development of customized co-branded sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, ads as well as digital sales toolsCoordinate product, segment, brand and services training as well as loyalty programs for customers – as applicable Support the coordination and development of the local marketing plans Who you are: Required minimum Experience and Knowledge University Degree or equivalent 3-5 years’ experience in product & marketing management and/or specifically customer marketing (offline and online).
Experience from sales and/or roles with close customer interactions is an advantageRelevant (ideally B2B) business understandingFluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbalExperience from an international environment is an advantage You who apply, are customer driven with strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Furthermore, you have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills where you enjoy conducting trainings.
You have proven analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Your positive attitude and open mind make it easy for you to work together with others, where you can adapt depending on the different circumstances.
