Duties & Responsabilities :

• Support & actively participate in controlling activities of Segment for various business cycles: quarterly Forecast (MRF), quarterly Business Area Reviews (BAR), yearly Budget & Strategy cycle, etc.

• Business partnering with Business Divisions within the scope and Segment Senior Management team.

• Assist, facilitate and coordinate main challenges around ESG reporting:

o related to integration of ESG values and risk considerations in the daily operations, through the design and the implementation of processes and controls

o related to data such as collection, availability, reliability and overall management.

o helping establishing frameworks around KPIs and KRIs measurement and EU Taxonomy alignment assessment and calculation

o supervising the development of new reporting capabilities in line with latest EU requirements and other relevant standards.

• Actively participate through the review, re-design, test and the improvement of processes and internal controls;

• Act in agile way for all other ad-hoc requests related to controlling topics

Education :

• Masters' degree in Business Administration, with major in Accounting & Finance, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting or similar.

Skills & Specifications :

• Background in a complex industry, especially in a manufacturing environment, with experience in an audit firm being an asset

Work experience requirements :

• Experience between 5-10 years

Languages :  

• Fluency in English. Any other language is an advantage
