Associate HR Business Partner University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust UCLH, situated in the West End of London, is one of the largest NHS foundation trusts in the United Kingdom and provides first class acute and specialist services to patients both locally and from throughout the UK and abroad.
We are in a privileged position of being able to appoint an Associate HR Business Partner on an interim basis to support a time limited project in the Surgery &Cancer Board.
The Surgery &Cancer Board comprises the divisions of Surgical Specialities, Gastro-Intestinal Services, Cancer Services, Theatres &Anaesthetics, and Imaging.
The successful post holder will report to the HR Business Partner for Cancer Services and will work in partnership with the Surgery &Cancer Board HR Business Partners and their divisional management teams.
They will also work alongside the Surgery &Cancer management team providing workforce support to Finance Managers, Information Analysts and their teams.
This role is a developmental opportunity to progress from HR generalist work and develop into an HR Business Partner.
The post holder will contribute to the provision of HR specialist input into the planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce, aiding the development of workforce plans that support local and corporate business strategy.
The post holder will need to possess excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and take a proactive approach to HR management issues within the divisions.
We are, therefore, looking for an outstanding candidate.
Someone who can provide high quality HR support; with in-depth experience of workforce planning, change management and Equality legislation and best practice.
