CCP Games is looking for an experienced Art Producer to join the EVE Frontier Art and Audio Team to deliver a quality product to our players!

As the Art Producer you will be working with our in-house Art and Audio Team and managing our outsource partners, responsible for defining and delivering projects for EVE Frontier. This will require a high level of leadership, organizational skills, people skills, and cross-project management as you will be working across multiple departments such as Development and Publishing to deliver the final result.

The position is located in Reykjavík, Iceland.

Your Tasks:

Lead the production and project management duties for your projects, responsible for the quality and timely delivery of features. Including Art and Audio owned projects, and working as a dependency to our gameplay and publishing teams.

Eliminate roadblocks in processes and people at a project and team level

Consistent and clear communication of project status, timeline, risks and mitigations to Senior Production and Stakeholders

Be the liaison to outsource art partners tracking requirements, progress and deliveries through all stages of development

Contribute & collaborate with team’s cross departments & discovering new ideas and opportunities

Be the direct line manager to the multi-discipline members of your team responsible for performance and career growth

Your Profile:

3+ years production experience within the art or video game industry

Experience with art pipelines (art skillset or technical skillset), outsourcing, and leading projects/requests from start to finish

Demonstrable leadership skills to set and execute on team direction and standards

Experience working with outsource art studios and familiar with the pipelines to send, receive, and accept work

Ability to self-manage tasks in parallel to managing the work of others

Proven ability to effectively partner with cross-functional disciplines. Able to influence effectively where there is no direct authority
