Our client operates within the industrial sector and maintains a presence across multiple European countries.

We are presently in search of a client support officer who will be responsible for assisting in the success of sales.

Poste

• As part of orders to cash management, you process all sales orders, based on customer's request, by liaising availability, delivery, lead-time and pricing: process orders, check orders, review backlog, check availability, check production, check credit, confirm order, edit shipping release, check packaging.

• You act as a link between the customers, internal departments and Sales Representatives to ensure all sales order special requirements are met;

• On request of Customer or Sales Representative,  you provide technical documents to Customers (in close collaboration with Sales Representatives)

• If applicable, you manage call off agreements and consignment warehouse/inventories;

• You daily communicate with customers and Sales Representatives to give information on availability and delivery of orders, divert technical questions to people in charge, etc.;

• You create and update customer accounts (for CSR in charge of this task);

• You keep the address book up to date;

• You take action on all customer complaints and requests for service, you make sure the customer's problem is reconciled promptly and satisfactorily: you handle the returns with Sales and Customer, edit credit authorization and return shipment notice for return of material (admin.part), you prepare the credit note and approve shipment return (if return)...

• You check and/or detect all price issues; communicate pro-actively with pricing department and update (if applicable) price increases and decreases in open orders.

• You pro-actively contact customer in terms of order management, discuss/check needs of customer, stimulate customer to raise orders for re-current business etc

• You check and make minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems.

• You perform other duties and special projects as requested by the manager or the company.

Profil

• You are fluent in English with a valid work permit in Luxembourg

• You have just graduated and are looking for a first experience in customer support.

• Candidates with experience are also welcome.

Our client will offer an entry level salary for junior candidates with up to a 20% increase for experienced candidates.
