We are looking for a chef for our Durum Kebab house

Our future chef must have knowledge and skills in oriental cuisine in kebabs.

We need someone who is stable at meetings, can work under pressure and is approachable.

As a chef with us, you will play a central role in the kitchen.

Your duties will include:

• Preparation of dishes according to our recipes and standards.
• Creativity in the kitchen: Contribute with any new ideas for the menu and development of specialities.
• Quality assurance: Guarantee that all dishes meet our high quality standards.
• Handling of raw materials: Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
• Compliance with hygiene standards: Ensure that the kitchen always meets the applicable food hygiene requirements.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience as a chef within oriental dishes such as grill dishes, as Durum kebab house wants to develop grill dishes a lot more on our menu.
• Has a passion for cooking and a creative approach to preparing dishes.
• Works in a structured and efficient manner, even under pressure.
• Is quality conscious and pays attention to details.
• Has good collaboration skills and thrives in a busy environment.
• Can work both independently and as part of a team.
