As one of our two Application Technicians for cutting tools in Slovenia, this position is critical to our customer engagement.

You will be the face of cutting tools in the field, driving product adoption through hands-on testing and expert consultation.

Your work directly influences customer loyalty, sales growth and product innovation.

With high autonomy and close collaboration across departments, you'll shape how our technology delivers value.

This is a role for someone who thrives on impact and independence.

Your responsibility Planning and executing customer visits, including technical cutting tool tests and product promotion Managing projects and tenders, including product recoding and test report documentation Delivering customer-specific seminars and presentations on Hoffmann cutting tools Conducting internal training and acting as a sparring partner for product management Maintaining CRM data, observing competitors, and collaborating with sales and marketing Your competences Technical expertise in cutting tools and metalworking (3+ years) Completed technical education with manufacturing background Sales experience and strong customer relationship skills Digital mindset, data affinity, and trend awareness Willingness to travel, team spirit, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and English Your benefits Full-time employment Company car, company phone and home office option Training opportunities in Slovenia and abroad Attractive compensation package Contact If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at recruitinghoffmann-group.com .
