Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Run financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and operational needs.

• Strategic Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making processes, playing a crucial role in the architectural and strategic planning of our operations.

• Collaboration: As a key member of the Management Team, work closely with the CE to optimize financial performance and contribute to overall strategy.

• Innovation: Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for financial innovation and efficiency improvements.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated experience in financial management or as a Business Controller, with a knack for strategic planning and analysis.

• Analytical Expertise: Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with a deep understanding of business processes and performance metrics.

• Visionary: Someone who looks beyond numbers to drive positive outcomes for our customers and local food producers.

• Effective Communicator: Exceptional communication skills in Norwegian and English, adept at conveying complex financial information in a clear and impactful manner.

• Experience from Visma Eaccounting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
