There has never been a better time to join us Purpose of role Ownership and delivery of the Atlanta point of quote enrichment and general analytics roadmaps incorporating latest technology / market developments, in-depth analysis / predictive modelling and creation / adoption of best practice methodologies & working behaviours.
Key Accountabilities Owner, subject matter expert and central point of contact for enrichment utilisation across Atlanta.
Continued development and delivery of an effective point of quote enrichment and general analytics roadmap ensuring progression of existing insight offerings, optimal use of enrichment and assessment of latest market opportunities.
Designing, guiding and conducting analysis, at appropriate level of sophistication / depth to deliver market leading broker insight offerings and point of quote fraud protection.
Lead communication and promotion of insight offerings to ensure full understanding across the business.
Serve as a technical expert in the area of Analytics.
Supporting wider projects across both Atlanta and Ardonagh Group, where required, as a technical expert.
Building close working relationship with Pricing, Marketing, Trading and Fraud counterparts to ensure roadmap suitability, ad hoc support is in place to facilitate their roles and appropriate involvement in wider business projects Complying with all regulatory obligations with regards to customer data, competition law and other relevant guidance / legislation Person specification Highly numerate with extensive knowledge of analytical techniques and application of these in a business context Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to varied and sometimes non-technical audiences.
Ability to understand the wider business and frame commercial context of analytical tasks.
Capable of identifying key activities to ensure overall team objective are met Able to communicate both positive and negative messages, gain buy in from and build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholder Ability to work with colleagues from a wide range of business areas, geographically split and with specialist knowledge Confidence to explore, test and challenge the status quo to deliver new ideas.
Essential Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant area (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science).
5&43; years insurance / financial services experience 5&43; years statistical modelling experience [Radar / Emblem / R et al] As a business we are responsible, open and honest.
