Immigration Tax Partners is a London-based accountancy and consultancy firm providing comprehensive Tax and Financial advice to foreign and multi-domiciled individuals in the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Team Worker with a creative mindset and exceptional communication skills to join our company as a Russian-speaking Advertising Account Manager.

Closing date: 16 June 2019 Duties and responsibilities: – Marketing communications with the purpose of building brand awareness and increasing customer engagement – Liaison with clients to discuss the product, defining the target group and assessing the suitability of various media channels, ensuring that all advertising revenue streams are maximised – Discussion of target audience’s requirements, carrying out surveys – Planning, coordination and delivery of multichannel digital marketing campaigns – Analysis of sales figures, preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities, design of advertising campaigns according to the allocated budget – Planning and organisation of promotional events to increase brand awareness – Social Media Marketing – Digital content planning and management – Planning and managing relationships with bloggers and media partners – Market research: gathering and analysing data on customer preferences through conducting face-to-face and digital surveys, polls and questionnaires – Relationship management with clients – Preparation and delivery of sales pitches, proposals and presentations – Maintaining a keen understanding of the latest technology, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends, keeping up to date with changes in media and viewing figures to recommend strategical actions in response Necessary skills, qualifications and experience: – 6-12 months experience in a corporate environment – Experience in marketing and sales with a proven track record of results – Experience in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders – Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Management or another related field from an accredited UK university – Strong presentation skills, including development and delivery required – Fluency in English and Russian languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage due to business needs – Digital marketing and social media marketing experience.

Experience creating social media campaigns, knowledge of analytics tools would be an advantage – Ability to prioritise and manage own and others’ time, and work to deadlines in a methodical and accurate manner – Commercially aware and outcome focussed – Strong analytical ability, with experience of capturing and analysing complex information, and developing strategic recommendations – The ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives, and to manage multiple projects – Evidence of problem-solving and providing creative solutions.
