Administrator Job Description Title:Administrator Reports to: Company Directors   Role The incumbent is responsible for admin support in a company that employs 110 people.As an  Administrator, you will play an important part in supporting the Company Directors as necessary. You must have a can-do attitude and who wants to take on the ownership and responsibility for this role, while questioning things out of the ordinary and delivering solutions to such problems. Organizational relationships The incumbent is accountable to the Company Directors.   Core Functions   1. Utilise sage accounting package, set up new nominal codes and update daily.   1. Prepare monthly reports on excel.   1. Maintain a constant check on money paid in against sales invoices.   1. Assist with payroll and maintain and update a computer HR Solution software.   1. Dealing with telephone and e mail enquiries, and answering incoming telephone calls.   1. Responsible for all filing and day to day organisation of the admin office.   1. Process new employee files and deal with any job applications.   1. Other duties as described by the company Directors.   1. Attend mandatory training sessions.   CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION The successful candidate will be a person that holds the appropriate Qualifications and having the equivalent level of skill and experience and: * Must speak good Welsh/English and be able to communicate well. * Enthusiastic and a good team player * Have strong computer skills and experience with Sage and HR software * Work well unsupervised * Highly organised with accurate attention to detail * Excellent communicator and confident dealing with people over the telephone * Excellent interpersonal skills are required * Positive, self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude * Problem solving abilities and willingness to use your own initiative to drive improvements in processes * Ability to prioritise tasks and have strong time management skills * Strong PC skills – working knowledge of Sage is advantageous The duties of this position may change from time to time and incumbents may be required to undertake other additional duties which are consistent with the overall role.   Incumbent will be subject to regular supervisions and an annual appraisal.
