Are you interested in a job position at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Copenhagen?

At DANITACOM ( we are looking for a new colleague to be part of

our team with the title of ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTANT.

You will specifically deal with:

- Company accounting activities (journal entries, VAT payments, balancing off accounts

etc.) until the balance sheet is closed.

- Administrative liaison between Italian and Danish companies.

In addition, you will fulfill a series of practices to be sent to the Business Authority and to

Skat for companies (financial statements, record changes, etc.).

You will need to have:

- Previous experience of at least 2/3 years gained in the role (preferably in Denmark, or

alternatively in Italy);

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package.

- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (although not necessarily native) and fluent


- Understanding of the problems that could potentially occur due to administrative

management across two different countries.

It will be even more important for us that you will be able to demonstrate dedication and

mental organization, while meeting the needs of our associated companies collaborating for

a common goal.

We also have a few requirements that will certainly be appreciated, but which are not


- Experience as an accountant or in administrative roles in Denmark.

- Knowledge of the use of the accounting program economic.

- Knowledge of the Danish language.

- Knowledge of the TastSelv Erhverv portal

What we offer you:

- Fixed-term employment contract with excellent long-term prospects.

- Working hours: 37 full-time hours with flexibility of hours to be managed independently

between 8:00 and 17:00 Mon-Fri.

- Any coverage of gaps resulting from lack of accounting experience in Denmark, through

hours dedicated to training.

working between two cultures.
