Main Responsibilities: • Providing a wide range of secretarial support to the general manager and the site leadership team such as communication, word processing, scheduling appointments and travel, etc. • Follow up on relevant issues and informs manager of status • Providing administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, creating presentations, confidential correspondence, ordering office supplies • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, making appointments and travel arrangements. Coordinating, preparing and editing reports and presentations as well as preparing memorandums • Organizing files, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records • Making travel arrangement and processing invoices, maintaining financial and expense records • Collecting and preparing information for management use • Organizing and preparing the agenda for visitors • Organizing and preparing slide deck for town hall meetings • Co-organizing the yearly future day, community week, team and site events during summer and Christmas Who we are looking for: • Commercial Education or University degree • Administrative Work experience • Strong verbal and written German and English communication • Well organized and structured method of work • Proactive and strong communicator • Highly committed personality, ability to deal with highly confidential information • Very good command of MS-Office products, IT-literate This role based in Bern, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months.
