A well-respected family-owned company near Peterborough that produces engineered parts are looking for a part-time permanent Administration Assistant.
Your hours would be 10 am till 2 pm Monday to Friday, which is 20 hours a week (some flexibility for the right candidate).
Your role would be to support the office staff with filing, screening emails, reception and other general office tasks.
The company offers a twice-yearly discretionary bonus based on profits and other ad hock bonuses and incentives such as a staff Christmas party.
The current workforce has an average service of 21 years each as this family employer believes in looking after its staff.
As an Administration Assistant your duties would include; • Answering the phone, screening emails and filing. • Greeting people as they come to the office reception. • Checking Health & Safety paperwork and weekly checklists. • Ordering office stationery and repeat order stock. • Other general office duties as required.
The ideal Administration Assistant would have; • Administration Assistant experience. • Able to use Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook. • A friendly, flexible can-do attitude. • The desire to stay long term with the business.
Administration Assistant In return, you will receive an hourly rate of between £8.21 and £10 per hour dependant on experience and skills.
Staff receive a profit-based bonus twice a year, plus other ad hoc bonuses at the management’s discretion.
Your working week would be Monday to Friday at 10 am till 2 pm.
Wages are paid by BACS into your bank account on the 15 th of each month.
