Job description Leading a team of 15, the primary objective of this position is to follow up with all insurers on pended/ rejected and part paid claims while managing efficiencies and resources based in Ireland and off-site locations.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for various (pended/ rejected and partially paid) projects’ requirements – gathering, planning, communication, measurement, implementation and training across the team Implement quality improvements in claims’ resubmission process where claims are not fully paid, ensuring that consistent application of company’s policies, practises and guidelines are followed Monitor claims which are awaiting for supporting documentation longer than 3 months Ensure escalation of critical issues to relevant department and facilitates the creation of solutions with internal and external providers.

Daily interaction with clients, insurers, patients, hospitals, colleagues and members of senior management Assist in hiring and carrying out performance reviews Perform routine quality control inspections of work performed & bottlenecks etc Attend weekly team & manager meetings producing reports and providing necessary statistics at weekly manager meetings highlighting any areas of concern to discuss any updates or improvements that may be beneficial for the team Organising training & development of the team & chair weekly team meetings ensuring all members are working efficiently and reporting on any subsequent challenges People Management: Lead the OAT team in the overall direction and delivery of company values Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, and other external facilities and clients.

Deliver outstanding service to individual clients and facilities Proven people management skills Upskill and develop members of the team to reach relevant KPI’s both team and individually Core Competencies: Strong client advocate Flexible approach to working hours Skilled communicator, both verbal and written Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks Attention to detail crucial Methodical and organised Team player, ability to motivate and lead team Ability to work on own initiative Strong overall management skills Requirements: Educated to BA/MSC in Business/Finance or related field Min of 3 years experience managing a team & driving results to meet team KPI’s Strong working knowledge of computers and system packages particularly relating to MS Word, Excel and Access Additional Info: All offers of employment are subject to a valid work permit/visa
