In this role you will be responsible:

 

  • Create new opportunities with our installers clients in French Belgium to generate your own turnover, develop a strong and trustful relationship with your customers by giving advises and information to win projects.
  • Manage back - offices tasks from quotes to order to invoices. Your quick thinking and customer - oriented mindset enable your to find fast and efficient solutions to problems.
  • Support with marketing tasks (such as translation) and business reports to help finding new development possibilities for the Belgium market.
  • Support the marketing department by providing market information, thanks to your strong relationship with clients, to help with the communication for the French - speaking market.
  • You make visits to your best and important clients!

 

The ideal candidate:

 

You will be able to serve customers optimally, thinking in terms of solutions. Service and quality are our top priorities, whereby we are to be appreciated by customers based on our high product knowledge, passion and assistance. It is important that you are sociable, communicate creatively and have a good sense of humor.

 

Job requirements:

 

  • French is your maternal language and you speak average English.
  • Experience in a customer service or a sales support - A strong sales - oriented spirit and a liking of rising up to challenges. Your built up strong relationships and lead sales negotiations by phone thanks to your communication skills and pro-activity.
  • Your like teamwork and are able to work under pressure.
  • You have good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Back Office. A first knowledge of SAP will be appreciated.
  • Secondary vocational education diploma (Licence/Master) in international sales or equivalent is a plus.
  • Extra knowledge in other software (Photoshop, Google Analytics, Mailchimps..) will be considered as extra value in your CV.
