Deputy Manager is needed for The Great Nationa l Hotels & Resort Group, Suite 15 Block A, Information Ag e Park Ennis, Gort Road Ennis, Co. Clare, Ennis, Clare.
Skills:
- Acting in place of the Manager when they are not available
- Assisting Managers in making important decisions regarding management procedures and operations
- Attending meetings and preparing detailed reports
- Hiring and training new staff in their department
- Helping the company monitor and achieve business goals
- Coordinating with different departments like finance, accounting, human resources and marketing
- Monitoring implementation and execution of projects
- Ensuring that the staff follows company rules and guidelines
- Preparing weekly or monthly reports and analyzing business metrics
- Experience 5 years minimum
Salary: 38,000 - 60,000 euros annually.
Work: 39 hrs. / Week.
