• Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation

• Sound knowledge and passion for food

• Thorough knowledge of HACCP

• Thorough knowledge of kitchen routines and team work

• Honest, reliable and hardworking

• The salary will be 34,000 per annum

• the hours of work will be 39 hours per week
