Necessary Qualifications:

Cooker A’

- Required 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star, all inclusive hotel.

- Be well versed in recipe writing and food classification.

- Ensure the highest level of food safety by strictly applying guidelines (HACCP, food safety management system).

- Preparing and setting up buffets.

- Graduate of culinary school

- Good knowledge of  English language.

- Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations and schedules.

- Attentive appearance, cleanliness and team spirit.

Cooker B’

- Required 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star, all inclusive hotel.

- Graduate of culinary school

- Good knowledge of Greek and English.

- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations and schedules.

- Provide assistance during the preparation and cooking of food.

- Preparation of snacks, salads, dishes of the day.

- Correct sorting of raw materials in food storage, pantries and refrigerators.

- Attentive appearance, cleanliness and team spirit.

Cooker C’

- 2 years' experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star, all inclusive hotel.

- Be well versed in recipe writing and food classification.

- Graduate of a culinary school

- Good knowledge of Greek and English

- Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations and schedules.

- Attentive appearance, cleanliness and team spirit.
