For our Construction standards and Specialists team within the Offshore market unit, we are looking for a Transformation Manager to lead, develop and implement the transformation process of the IT infrastructure supporting construction activities. As the Transformation Manager you will, through an architecture development process (ADP), define the roadmap to transform the digital landscape for construction activities and reporting. This will be happen in close collaboration with our IT organization and stakeholders involved in construction activities, where you will be the business lead. Following the ADP and establishment of roadmap, you will lead the implementation of key projects to secure a successful transformation into operations. Long term you are the business key expert for Construction IT landscape who, through continuous improvement and development, secure operational excellence is supported by the right business processes in the IT infrastructure. What are my responsibilities? Project manage the overall transformation process of the construction IT infrastructure Lead the business process in developing a roadmap for a sustainable IT architecture in the construction landscape Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure business needs are mapped and covered in the roadmap Deliver and implement key projects in the established roadmap Continuously support and develop the construction IT infrastructure to secure data integrity in planning and performance management activities What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a M.Sc. in Technology Based Business Development or similar relevant education Profound experience within business process development and improvement, engineering processes and/or management of development projects with a wide number of stakeholders You understand the full value chain and related processes You have experience from the wind industry and solid understanding of construction execution processes You have solid project management experience and implementation management skills You are capable of continuously maintaining a clear overview of progress on all activities under your responsibility You have a hands-on approach and hold a clear view on downstream impact across the full range of ongoing & planned activities You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and hold a strong customer mindset You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
