Would you like to use your understanding of training documentation and challenger mindset to support and challenge how we train within GMP processes in a very diverse development and pilot production area? Are you passionate about improving training, challenging the organisation and continuously raising the bar? Then here is an opportunity to improve the way we ensure training compliance. About the department: You will join a newly formed unit under API Business Support, a support function to the Corporate Vice President for Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Development, a part of R&D. Here you will be part of a team of engaged and highly skilled colleagues responsible for a number of initiatives with cross-organisational impact. In particular, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for our quality system and LEAN improvements. The position: You will be overall responsible for the CMC Development training concept in API Development together with two fellow Training Partners. Together with management, you will ensure compliant training and onboarding plans for all employees. Also, in this job you can demonstrate your skills of improving and simplifying our training setup, thus ensuring an enhanced level of training compliance in our area. You will support managers in planning, executing and reviewing training thus ensuring that employees are properly trained in the tasks they perform, and that this is properly documented. Your tasks also include coordination and maintenance of the training setup via training databases and job training plans. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our competency management database and overview tool is always up-to-date, and that its contents are structured in the most optimal way. You will act as driving project manager on process improvements related to training, supported by quality and LEAN roles from your department, with focus on reduction of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), introduce other training formats, optimisation of administrative training processes, and simplification of training standards and systems. You will be a gatekeeper on assignment of new SOPs to employees. Along with your quality responsible colleagues, you will contribute to the preparation or revision of quality documents (SOPs), to ensure compliance with requirements. Qualifications: Your educational background can be one of many; you may have a MSc or equivalent within educational sciences, Human Resources, IT, Pharmacy, Business Management, or Engineering. You have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry, for example within a similar role, process management, document control and/or quality assurance. You are proficient in the English language both written and spoken and you are skilled within the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, since your deliverables include business critical support to various departments and stakeholders, and since a good portion of your working hours are physically close to your stakeholders. Experience and competencies within workshop facilitation and change management is considered an advantage. You have an intuitive quality mindset and are very passionate about training. You work independently in a structured and systematic way and always keep the appointed deadlines. You are able to communicate in a direct and clear manner to all organisational levels of the project.You have a strong drive, are energetic and eager to move the organisation to the next level within training.
