Reporting directly into the HR Partner, the Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all employee-training records are kept up-to-date and can be relied upon to provide accurate information. We need someone with a pro-active approach to the training provision, ensuring that the business meets mandatory requirements and maximise employee development with additional training. Taking ownership of all training records and processes such as; coordinating training requests effectively and efficiently ensuring procedures are adhered too, suppliers and trainees are communicated to in a timely manner and all booking administration is completed fully. Duties and responsibilities will include; Follow up attendance and re-scheduling of non-attendees, as well as deal with, and process non-attendance cross charging. Key point of contact for all training matters. Pro-actively engage with teams to maximise the training provision within the community. Assist in the production of company training plans. Design and deliver work related training. Ensure all training information is recorded on the Training matrix. Maintain all electronic and paper employee-training records. Liaise with training providers to enable training provision Prepare management reports and summaries for all relevant training courses. Ensure processes are in place to evidence training completed. Continually seek to improve processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Build relationships with the training providers and ensure that the business is obtaining value for money. Skills and Experience required; Has experience within a training lead/ coordinator role Has strong knowledge and understanding of CQC (Care Quality Certificate) Analytical and numerical with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communicator at all levels Build strong working relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel Have a train the trainer qualification or equivalent. A car driver as some travel to local communities may be required. Experience of working with adults with varying skills and abilities, could make you an ideal candidate for this role. Although experience is not essential, it is your values and attitude which counts most for this interesting and rewarding role.
