Siteimprove is looking for an enthusiastic Event Superstar to join our energetic and creative HR team! As our new Student Event Coordinator, you will join a great team who loves to work hard and play hard! As part of your role you’ll play an integral role in the development and execution of internal and external HR, Brand Awareness and Recruitment events. You will plan our Christmas and summer parties for more than 200 employees as well as many other events, such as career fairs and a company trip in September this year. You’ll be the go to person to make sure these events run smoothly and are a success. This role will offer great opportunities to participate in special assignments and projects, and as you’ll be in a key position you’re sure to get your hands dirty, have fun and of course gain great career experience. Your work location will be our beautiful office in the heart of Copenhagen. The work hours are 15-20 hours a week, with a salary of 150DKK per hour. Responsibilities: - Create event concepts and proposals to fit the events parameters. - Maintain accurate and up to date records and files for all event management projects. - Manage logistics and contacts with vendors and suppliers. - Secure all required contracts, invoices, proof of insurance and other documentation as needed. - Manage proposals from beginning to end. - Use event specific organizational tools such as Eventbrite. - Provide research support and complete tasks required for event execution. - Manage collateral production for printed materials, brochures and other marketing pieces. - Compile post event wrap up reports and evaluations. Requirements: - You are at the beginning of your studies within a related field (e.g. Communications) and have at least 1 year left until you graduate. - You are passionate about events and organizing them. - You have demonstrated organizational skills and excellent communication skills; verbal, administrative writing and creative writing in our corporate language English. - You have the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve results on deadlines. - You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
