Ramboll Management Consulting (RMC) is looking for an ambitious student to join the Market & Clients team which is part of the Business Support Department. The team reports directly to RMC’s Managing Director and is responsible for development, implementation and operations of market and client related programmes with the purpose of driving growth. In addition, the team is a key player in translating Ramboll’s new Strategy 2020 into concrete business initiatives with a strong focus on client centricity. The position You will assist in a variety of different assignments in addition to your own responsibilities. Primary tasks involve analysis, reporting, assistance on business development projects and communication. This includes: •Market data analysis and reporting •Management reporting on client and market programmes (e.g. RMC’s key account management programme) •Assistance on various business development projects, including scoping, planning, data collection, analysis, etc. •Development and implementation of IT systems supporting market and client initiatives, including solution development, user guides, change communication, follow-up, etc. •Various communications assignments such as intranet news and campaigns. Your competences and profile You are a bright, curious and outgoing person eager to make a difference for colleagues and clients. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: •Preferably a third-year BSc student, but minimum one year left of your MSc •Solid academic track record •Strong analytical skills and able to identify, break down and solve complex challenges •Good numeracy •Talented communicator fluent in English (spoken and written) •Independent, empathetic and eager to learn.
