Description Do you want to combine your theoretical knowledge of human resource management with hands-on practical training in a dynamic and challenging environment? In this role, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join us in HR Business Partnering team, who has the energy, drive and enthusiasm to be true people champion. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply and develop your skills within Human Resources in an international and intense environment and learn more about all aspects of HR from Business Partnering to Data Analytics. This team is responsible for implementing strategies and policies, which ensure organizational growth through attracting, developing and retaining competent, motivated and committed employees. In this role, you will collaborate across functions, build bridges, spot opportunities and above all, act as change enabler. You will be based at our office in Brønshøj. You will work approximately 15-20 hours a week depending on our needs and your study plan. The Job •Responsible for HR Operational tasks across 32 countries in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific •Responsible for business processes in our HRIS - Workday •Help with administration and coordination of yearly HR processes – employee engagement survey, performance management, merit reviews etc •Assist with recruitment, such as planning interviews and sending out tests •Support the HR Business Partnering team as required •Create reports on HR data as and when required •Make reports/dashboards on HR data. •Maintain HRIS in terms of employee data and information.
