We are looking for an IT Sourcing Project Manager in Corporate Procurement to manage the IT spend including leading negotiations, managing the sourcing work streams as part of IT projects and working with our global stakeholders. About the department We are 110 employees in Corporate Procurement and together with the global organisation we manage the total external spend of DKK 25 billion. We do this by building strategies, managing processes and executing improvement projects to optimise the global spend related to, e.g. R&D activities, marketing services, travel, professional advisory services and technology. To do so, we collaborate with senior management and their teams across the organisation. Corporate Procurement is anchored with direct report to the CFO of Novo Nordisk. The position As IT Sourcing Project Manager, you will be responsible for contracting of larger IT projects. This includes leading negotiations with the vendors and agree on sourcing strategies with the projects and line of business within a given business area as well as act as trusted advisor on vendor related matters. You will engage with a large variety of stakeholders such as IT architects, Line of Business Project Managers, IT Project Managers, Contract Managers, Vendor Managers and a large variety of suppliers. All aspects require your ability to communicate effectively and clearly when collaborating with stakeholders across the global organisation. If you have the ambitions, there are opportunities to manage your own IT sourcing pipeline. This includes managing the engagement with senior management. You will be part of an experienced IT-sourcing team that will support you and has a strong focus on collaboration and personal development. Qualifications You have completed a Master's degree in e.g. Business Administration, IT and Technology, Engineering or similar. We imagine that you have a couple of years sourcing or contracting experience within the area, however we are open for alternative backgrounds as long as you are ambitious and know your IT. You have high professional expectations for yourself and your colleagues. You communicate effectively and have the ability to work with various stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers from Subject Matter Expert to Senior Vice President Level.
