About the department Global People Systems is a team of 7 highly engaged colleagues responsible for driving business improvements through execution of our global HR IT strategy and proactive management of our HR IT platform. We support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. In our projects, we value speed, agility and continuous involvement of business experts in order to reduce the time from idea to global business adoption of the changes we drive. The position Novo Nordisk is moving towards a common global HR IT platform. It will be your job, in collaboration with your colleagues from the global HR and IT organisations, to lead key projects with focus on realisation of business outcomes. You can expect to act as Project Manager for projects within e.g. core HR admin processes, compensation management, performance management or other HR processes but you may also take other roles depending on project size and your capabilities. Besides project activities you will be contributing to the governance and management of our HR IT platform and the business processes we support. We believe that a solid understanding of the daily operations is an important asset when conducting projects. The job is located in Bagsværd, Copenhagen area. Some travel to abroad must be expected. Qualifications You have an academic degree within HR, IT, business administration or similar with excellent results. We expect that you can document at least 7 years of relevant experience with project management or other business oriented roles in global IT projects including experience with implementation of cloud/SaaS solutions. You possess a strong HR business understanding and have excellent stakeholder management skills as well as natural talent for continuous improvement and process optimisation. It is a significant advantage if you have experience from working with SAP SuccessFactors or other major HR suites. Experience with SAP HR and SAP portal technology is an extra plus. You are able to work very structured and independently. You have strong analytical skills, personal drive and ability to deliver quality work on parallel activities and still reach deadlines. In our global projects we are very dependent on close cooperation and teamwork, so candidates must be open-minded, positive and flexible in their approach to work. You need to be able to bridge between the technically skilled people in the IT organisation and the more process oriented people in the global HR organisation. Therefore, excellent communication skills and mastering virtual collaboration is a must. We expect that you are able to engage team and stakeholders and communicate both project goals and overall strategies in a compelling way which inspires and motivates your team and peers.
