We are looking for a Senior Process Manager to take on an exciting role in our team, currently consisting of 30 highly dedicated and talented employees. In this role, you will be part of the Order Management department, which is located in all of our key regions globally. We are responsible for executing the internal ICB process as well as managing the interfaces between operations and our internal and external customers. What are my responsibilities? · As a Senior Process Manager you will establish and maintain a global governance function for the delivery process · You own full transparency on delivery capabilities and limitations (e.g. process and tool landscape, related HC, utilization of standard tools etc.) · Benchmarking delivery processes and tools against major competitors and other similar industries (as-is and planned development), as well as identification of gaps to develop solutions for optimizations that enable us to represent an industry benchmark · Develop and drive initiatives to globally standardize, harmonize and optimize delivery processes and tools across all factories and major components · Implementation and maintenance of all necessary process descriptions, instructions and training materials, as well as mandatory and regulatory requirements for delivery processes · Execution of trainings for relevant stakeholders and interfaces · Advise management in delivery strategy related decisions, drive communication and support the implementation · Proactively shape interfaces and strengthen the collaboration with key SCM and Wind Power stakeholders · Participate in and provide relevant input to projects and initiatives, which focus on delivery processes (e.g. SCM Planning Roadmap) What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have successfully completed a University degree with a logistical focus or similar · You have 5-7 years of working experience, ideally within logistics, order management, planning or as a process owner · You have proven leadership experience within functions without disciplinary leverage · Ideally you have experience working in an international environment · You are detail oriented, good at multi-tasking/prioritizing the various tasks at hand and you possess excellent communication skills · You are willing to travel for this role · Your verbal and written English skills are excellent and you have basic skills in German In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
