Description Do you want a position where you can influence and build new tools and programs for Leadership and organizational development globally? Then join Haldor Topsoe’s Global HR organization in Copenhagen, and play a key role in developing and driving projects to build a high performing organization. As a member of the HR Leadership and Organizational Development team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a wide range of HR initiatives that will support Topsoe’s ambitious growth strategy. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and driving projects within leadership and organizational development, deliver content and project management to programs and processes and not least secure efficient implementation through the HR Partners. You will report to the Head of the Leadership and Organizational Development team. Your focus will be two-fold: •Review current portfolio of leadership development activities and establish new leadership and specialist development initiatives as well as maintaining this going forward •Facilitate and develop leadership groups and teams at all levels in the organization (also when the team dynamics are complex) as well as individual feedback to managers. You will work from our headquarters in Lyngby in close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and at our other global locations. Not only will you get deep insight into – and thorough understanding of our global organization, you will also build a strong network and be able to influence and set the direction for how we develop our organization. You will become part of a dedicated and professional global HR team and be a key player in our journey of transformation. Your responsibilities •Review, develop and drive our leadership and specialist development initiatives portfolio •Facilitate leadership groups and team development activities both in Denmark but also in our global offices •Drive surveys such as 360 (including giving individual feedback) and engagement •Act as leadership sparring partner for the HR management team and the HR business partners •Ensure efficient implementation of new solutions and processes together with the HR partners. You •are organizational psychological savvy and are comfortable in ambiguity •can drive and steer projects from beginning to end •are proactive, pragmatic and willing to go the extra mile •understand the business, and are driven by finding or developing the right solution that supports the strategy •are good at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders •have integrity and thrive with a high level of complexity in your daily work •have a global mindset. Qualifications You have 8-10 years of experience – preferably a combination of working as an external consultant and working for large, global companies. Further, you are able to demonstrate a solid track record on leadership development – leadership group development, organizational and people development processes, and leadership tools. You also have solid experience in driving projects which include change. It would be an advantage if you have worked with Korn Ferry’s tool box (within Leadership Architecture Framework). You have a relevant Master’s degree preferably in Psychology and excellent English skills, both oral and written.
