For our Procurement department within our Supply Chain Management organization located in Brande, we are looking for a Senior Buyer to contribute to our growing business, since we are expanding our sourcing activities within the area of Strategic Procurement. What are my responsibilities? · Responsible for the implementation of our sourcing strategy within the area of Tower Internals (around 50MEUR spend), which also includes the establishment and maintenance of relationships with various existing and potential suppliers · Being the main escalation point for all commodity related topics and enabling solutions within the cross-functional team · Preparing, conducting and leading negotiations with existing and new suppliers with the main aim of obtaining the highest feasible savings, while ensuring on time supply of materials which fulfil our quality requirements and respects the tight capacities · Establishing cost control and cost transparency in the defines area of responsibility · Producing price forecasts and internal figures to supply budget data for corporate planning and reporting · Maintain regular contact with the various internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Supplier Quality What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master degree combined with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the areas of Strategic Procurement, Procurement Management or Supply Chain Management, preferably from an international company · You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel · You are an experienced negotiator with strong analytical and outstanding communication skills · You are able to handle several topics at a time, while keeping your spirit as a positive enthusiast · You are a dedicated team player thriving in a dynamic environment with many cross-cultural interfaces · As a person you are energetic, independent and proactive and you have a strong systematic and structured approach to your assignments · Additionally, you have excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
