We are looking to hire a Partner Manager to join us in our Copenhagen office. Job Overview: The Partner Manager is a seasoned business development and relationship management executive with experience growing national partners to support sales. The Partner Manager will partner across an assigned list of national strategic partners to build and execute business plans to maximize the share of Sitecore business across our ecosystem. This role will require a passion and demonstrated success for driving business development across a national level partner network with premium partner brands to deliver next generation software solutions in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience Management. The right candidate will have a unique balance of business development leadership, knowledge of the marketing software and the digital experience market, strategic planning as well as partner enablement. This role will be accountable for bettering the teaming and execution between Sitecore and our partner community. The Partner manager will be assigned a segment of the UK Sitecore partner ecosystem and will be responsible for helping to build capability on the Sitecore platform in the assigned partners. This will include coordinating the delivery of sales training, basic technical enablement and customized sessions to help the Partners to build effective sales and delivery teams. The partner manager will also help to co-ordinate sales and marketing planning sessions working with other areas of the Sitecore business. Whilst this role is not technical, and comprehensive sales training in the Sitecore product set will be given, this role does require an individual who is capable of grasping the application of Sitecore technology and explain features and benefits to technical and sales audiences alike. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an internet- or web-related business and will have the entrepreneurial spirit, drive and initiative required to manage this program. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Define and execute the local partner strategy including joint business development activities, targeted and collaborative selling strategies, co-marketing and demand generation, sales enablement and readiness plans, in order to achieve partner initiated and influenced targets. • Act as a business development lead for your named partners, and navigate successfully inside matrixed organization in order to push the right buttons and achieve a win-win. • Develop key relationships across relevant field roles between Sitecore and its partners • Activate Sitecore’s regional partner, partner enablement and sales teams in their joint selling initiatives across the alliance network. Persona: The Partner Manager ideally comes from a fast-paced, high growth software company or from a service/solutions organization in the digital marketing space.They intimately know and understand the complex dynamics of an ISV partner ecosystem. They know how to build, maintain and leverage strategic relationships with leading digital marketing partners and love to foster those over the long term. Attributes of a Partner Manager: Tenacious, highly motivated, ability to navigate with limited resources, independent yet team oriented, passionate about marketing and delighting customers. They are motivated to accomplish goals in both their personal and professional life. Knowledge and Competencies: • 10+ years of partner orientate software sales and/or business development, IT or services sales experience • Success in driving business results in a highly dynamic and complex environment with strategic thinking, organizational agility, strong written and oral communication skills • Experience in managing executive level business partnerships, global delivery partners, system integrators, solution providers and ISVs • joint business in the Web Content Management, digital marketing, and Customer Experience Management spaces • Bachelor's
