Than this is a unique chance of joining our team as Organisational Change Management Lead (OCM Lead). About the department In Corporate IT we plan, implement and manage critical IT systems and services across the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk. We are more than 700 employees, based in Denmark and in our global shared service centre in Bangalore, India. You will be part of the IT Business Consulting department delivering IT consulting, project management support, business analysis and organisational change management targeting global IT projects. In addition, we are responsible for the global IT talent programmes and competency development frameworks. You will join a team of 10 enthusiastic and highly dedicated colleagues working on improving services and offerings to the benefit of the teams we engage in. The position As OCM Lead your key role is to create the best possible foundation for securing line of business' change readiness when implementing and upgrading IT-systems. In this role you will engage in project work and provide guidance and support on how to design and implement best in class OCM tools and processes. Furthermore you will take lead in engaging preferred external partners in delivering aligned and high-quality OCM solutions to the projects across the global IT project portfolio. You will act as one-point of contact for the project managers when staffing OCM resources (internal as well as external) and continuously evaluate their performance to ensure a high customer satisfaction. In close dialogue with relevant internal and external stakeholders you will secure the maturity of the current OCM solutions and define the services and tools needed to support the future needs of the organisation. You are expected to reach out to our Shared Service Centre in India and collaborate on defining standardised solutions to be off-shored. You will also head up the OCM forum with participants from the Global IT organisation to ensure alignment and sharing of best practice. As this is a new role in our team this is also a great opportunity to bring your own ideas and touch on the content of the role and the responsibilities. It is also a unique chance of setting foot-print and making visible improvements to how we work with organisational change management in IT projects in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree combined with more than five years of experience with organisational change management related to IT projects. You have the toolbox and experience to support the process of making an organisation change ready. You bring with you a solid track record for achieving results and engaging stakeholders at all level of the organisation. You have the ability to work independently, set direction and develop your own expertise. You thrive in a busy, global environment and understand how to navigate between stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
